MTA: Player Tags
In Mine Theft Auto, you can become the most wanted criminal, a lawful citizen and many more. To help other players distinguish who could be dangerous and who does what, everyone gets assigned a specific Player Tag.
Here is a list of all the colors and what they mean.
White: This tag indicates that this player is an innocent civilian. It is gained at wanted level 0. Cops may not attack them.
Yellow: This tag indicates that this player is a wanted criminal. It is gained at wanted level 1. At this stage, cops will start to spawn and player cops may attempt to arrest them.
Orange: This tag indicates that this player is moderately wanted. It is gained at wanted level 2-4. At this stage (counting from wanted level 3, cops and SWAT equipped with dangerous weapons will start to spawn and player cops and SWAT cops may attempt to arrest them.
Red: This tag indicates that this player is an extremely wanted criminal. It is gained at wanted level 5-6. Army Troopers equipped with dangerous weaponry will spawn and player cops will often do their best to stop them.
Pink: This player is an innocent civilian in passive mode. They are in a PvE mode where they may not hurt other players, but cannot be hurt themselves by them. You will lose your ability to become passive at General MTA Level 15+.
Purple: This player is a wanted criminal in passive mode. They may not be shot down, but can be handcuffed to stop them.
Light Blue: This player is an active regular cop. They have 25 health, may only use handguns and the TEC-9 and may only harm wanted players (Yellow and Red). They cannot wear diamond armour.
Dark Blue: This player is an active SWAT cop. They have 15 health, can use all weapons and armour but can only harm players with a wanted level equal or above 3.
All these tags beside Orange ones are shown in the player list, opened by default by pressing the TAB key.
