Question What's the Deal with the Waddles Gifts?

I and many other people I know spent hours and hours looking for Waddles and took a screenshot with every single one, and many of us haven't gotten the rewards. The page made it seem like everybody who completed the waddles search was eligible for the rewards, so why have many people not received them? Is it strictly due to time constraints and we just need to wait for Wes to get around to it, or was there some issue in some of the pictures, or did we not submit them in time or before other people?
