Players who shoot, run over, explode, or otherwise damage teammates will be notified that they are hurting teammates. Unprovoked damage to teammates is cut in half so you still have to be careful where you are aiming, but you most likely won't accidentally one shot a teammate. Provoked damage is unaltered (see below), so this means if you are attacking a teammate to troll you will probably die first. I REALLY want friendly fire to be a thing because otherwise you can just shoot at anything that moves instead of having to identify targets. Upon their damaging of a teammate, that teammate or any others around are free to condemn the friendly fire by putting that team member to death without consequence and without the halved damage (within 30 seconds of the offense). The server will be notified that the player in question was trying to shoot teammates and was stopped. Explosions now correctly count for kills and friendly fire. Hitting teammates will now warn you that they are friendly and tag you as killable for your team. This will be active on the next server reboot. Some of them are running the final objective right now, so that means in the next 20-30 minutes in some cases.
