    If you've changed your Minecraft username and it does not get updated on our website, please do the following:

    1. Log out of the forum.
    2. Log onto play.shotbow.net.
    3. Log back into the forum using your email address.

    NOTE: You must log into a Shotbow server in order for the name change to happen. If you have not logged onto a Shotbow server since your name has changed, please do that now.

    If your username has still not updated on the website, reply on this thread with the following information:
    • Previous username
    • Current username
    If you have re-registered your account provide us your:
    • Previous username
    • Previous website account
    • Current username
    • Current website account
    Remember to read our FAQs about name changing as well!

    Keep in mind not to post your e-mail address, password or any login details here. We will never ask for your password!

    I've now separated your account and fixed it. Future purchases should go to AkatsukiSan. However, I don't see a 20K purchase for Enchanter. I see 3 purchases, all of them 4 months ago. 2000XP, 2000XP, and 500XP. Which of those did you NOT receive?

    You made purchases on your old account, which used to be called Ztich95, and is now called WeepingAngel1995. I assume you no longer have access to this Minecraft account. However, we cannot do data transfers (of ranks, XP, etc) to new accounts, so the forum account will remain tied to WeepingAngel1995. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do if you lost access to your old account.

    I can't, but you can do /changeemail <new email> in the Shotbow lobby to change the email associated with your account.

    Use Mc_SPQ595 to do /changeemail <new email>.

    Then use REDCARDAMOM to do /register with your current email.
