1. At this time we are unable to service emails to Outlook, Hotmail, or other Microsoft-provided email addresses. If you are using one of these providers you will be unable to /register for an account or receive password reset emails.

    If your account uses one of these providers, you can use the command /changeemail in game to change to another email account. If you did not receive your registration email, you may acquire it by resetting your password on the website once you have changed to a non-Microsoft email.

Website - Username wrong or double registered?

    If you've changed your Minecraft username and it does not get updated on our website, please do the following:

    1. Log out of the forum.
    2. Log onto play.shotbow.net.
    3. Log back into the forum using your email address.

    NOTE: You must log into a Shotbow server in order for the name change to happen. If you have not logged onto a Shotbow server since your name has changed, please do that now.

    If your username has still not updated on the website, reply on this thread with the following information:
    • Previous username
    • Current username
    If you have re-registered your account provide us your:
    • Previous username
    • Previous website account
    • Current username
    • Current website account
    Remember to read our FAQs about name changing as well!

    Keep in mind not to post your e-mail address, password or any login details here. We will never ask for your password!
