Tech Support used to vote for shotbow on a website daily for free xp

Hey hows it going, i played this server for many a years and always come back to it every time i have a mine craft binge, I remember daily, every 24 hours, mostly i would wake up in the morning before school and go to a website and vote for shotbow for i think it was 200xp, and im trying to do that again but cant figure it out.

I was thinking it was the website "planet minecraft" and i found and voted for shotbow there but i received no xp.

Just hoping a Mod can come clarify this for me, maybe that feature was removed many years ago?
