Tech Support Pinging... Can't connect to server.

For the past 3 days I have been getting this whenever I try to connect to Shotbow:



Then after about 30 seconds or so,



However, occasionally it works properly and lets me in as it always has, then doesn't work for hours upon hours, I haven't noticed any pattern in the times when it lets me in, all other servers work perfectly fine.

I have tried restarting Minecraft, using the alternate ip, using both 1.7 and 1.8, etc. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

(IPs I've tried: "us.shotbow.net", "72.20.7.9")

I am currently on a MacBook Pro 13" and live in North East America if that helps.

EDIT: Please note that eu.shotbow.net DOES work, I am only have problems with connected to us.shotbow.net .

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention that eu.shotbow.net DOES work, I just can't connect to U.S. Shotbow.

Are you able to join US again?

When I responded to him I was on my phone, when I got home I was able to connect again, using us.shotbow.net. I haven't had any problems since then. I'll write it here if anything happens again unless you decide to lock it, thanks for the help!

I just got the issue again for the first time since then. I got a lag spike, got kicked, then couldn't connect back.
