    This thread will show all changes made to MineTheftAuto after 4th June 2016! Enjoy!

    4th June 2016
    • Created MTA Changelog thread. This will allow the community to have much more of an idea of what changes are being made to the game.
    • PokeDexLight is now the lead of MTA.
    • MTA 1.9 update going well. Exact changes still a current surprise. (Full changelog in a later update)
    • Added loads of new songs to the MTA Radio. (On-going as a team is now working on this. Don't expect a changelog update every time new songs are added)
    29th July 2016 Mine Theft Auto 1.9 Beta
    • [MTA] 1.9: 'Action Bar' above hot bar, previously used for objectives, etc..., is now used for off-hand gun item name and ammo status. Objectives have been moved to the boss bar at the top of the screen.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Add new package for XP shop soon, allows you to unlock extra gang member slots!
    • [MTA] 1.9: Chat system has changed to fit the rest of the network better. Channels were removed, but some functionality has been improved. (Eg. report chat attachments)
    • [MTA] 1.9: Grenades can be dual wielded
    • [MTA] 1.9: In missions such as car racing, death match, etc.. getting wanted has been disabled
    • [MTA] 1.9: Jetpacks no-longer negate fall damage unless you're flying
    • [MTA] 1.9: Melee weapons have proper cooldowns between hits, wieldable in main hand only
    • [MTA] 1.9: Rebalance guns based on feedback significantly
    • [MTA] 1.9: Some guns support being dual wielded. (Not all since dual wielding machine guns is silly)
    • [MTA] 1.9: Stealing cars during races has been disabled
    • [MTA] 1.9: Take action on feedback from forum threads. Eg. gun tweaks, etc...
    • [MTA] 1.9: Updated MTA Resource pack to 1.9
    • [MTA] 1.9: You can now PM players across different MTA servers with a handy 'click on message to reply' and '/reply <msg>' feature!
    • [MTA] 1.9: You can now use '/ignore <Name>' to ignore a player
    • [MTA] 1.9: Due to popular demand, knockback is no longer dealt by guns when shooting whilst flying
    • [MTA] 1.9: Fix inviting somebody to a private game not notifying them.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Fix private game admin vs regular player having some messed up perms.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Make servers turn on with the same time of day as other currently running servers.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Slight SWAT health increase.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Add /suicide
    • [MTA] 1.9: Adjust phone bank withdraw/deposit limits.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Made it so that pressing spacebar while in a plane locks the speed to the current speed. (So you can type without falling out the sky)

    • [MTA] 1.9: Fix over-consumption of grenades if all split into single items.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Fix some guns not appearing in loot chests.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Add the ability to go ‘off radar’ and has an invisible name tag.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Replace gun inaccuracy with instead the gun ‘jamming’ from time to time. (Can happen if you are correct level, just a lot less likely).
    • [MTA] 1.9: Don’t ‘jam’ guns on mission servers.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Stop bandage spamming. They are no longer such a ridiculous advantage in pvp.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Fix drugs being accidently more powerful than they should have been.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Adjust sprint exhaustion and regen.
    • [MTA] 1.9: As long as you stay on MTA servers, the resourcepack will no longer re-send when you change to a different server. This means quicker load-in times for mission servers->public servers, private servers->public servers and switching instance via /changeinstance (Or phone app).
    • [MTA] 1.9: Suppressors are now optional. (When found you get a chat link which you can click to activate the suppressor).
    • [MTA] 1;9: Added riot shields. (Protection varies with angle you are hit at and also with if you are blocking or not).
    • [MTA] 1.9: Made all weapons sellable.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Switched to adventure gamemode from survival.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Shotguns work more like shotguns - Amazing at short range, terrible at a distance.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Change ALL Missions/Jobs to not require money. Eg. in last man standing you no longer purchase guns at start - instead you select based on a different system which is equal for all players.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Add an ‘invite from party’ button to private mission/job creation menu.
    • [MTA] 1.9: Added a leaderboard view-able in-game via /leaderboard. The leaderboard is reset each month and the top few players in each category at the end of each month will win prizes!
    • [MTA] 1.9: Added helicopter cops that spawn when wanted level 5+!
    • [MTA] Tons and tons of progress towards MTA 1.9, including new features!
    Please note, I am very bad at keeping this updated. There have been many more changes than those listed above, sorry!
