I think it would be better to increase XP to attract newbies who come to shotbow for anni purposes, so that they get 3XP for defeating an enemy, and XP depending on the difficulty of the dungeon.

It would be easier for the admins if there was a system where players could get xp from Meridian for stuck players and bug dead players with proper treatment, etc.
I think this would reduce the burden on the admins by separating the suspicious ones by ai, etc. and leaving the final decision to the admins.
