    Thanks for all the current feedback it's super useful! :) Even though critical bugs are the main focus its still good to know about anything more minor/unusual that you may know about.
    All the suggestestions that are made feel free to discus a bit in here if you want to. We'll be looking at all of these for some internal discussions.
    Hehe good to know you're happy to hear about us! We aren't update don the staff list as this post is the first time it's been mentioned to the community about our roles.
    An event server is currently planned , with no time frame for release yet though .

    I remember the first announcement of MineZ 2, it was stated that an Arena would be added where you could duke it out with your stuff without losing it...

    Add that, or at least in GG maybe...

    Minez 2 in it's current state is a shame for shotbow, one of their potential best games that looks like it was never finished. It is too empty, the house system kept it a bit alive but after that broke...

    Some quick things listed below.

    - The most important thing is the housing system, in my opinion. It has been broken for nearly a year. It was a new thing I had never seen before and me and my friends had lots of fun working on it.

    - Add dungeons, there is nothing to do other then making your house on minez 2.

    - Add stuff monthly, add new weapons? Make a texturepack or just add some new villages.

    - Rework the entire invasion system, it is broken, easily to mess around with and in Kuwana you can get easy loot by standing inside.

    - Add more villages that can be invaded.

    - Add another type of event. Something fun, A weekly pvp fight? Just have teams v teams hosted by staff?

    - Recruit active staff rather then just going around saying every full admin is a minez 2 admin (yes that is actually being said.) It doesn't work that way cause every staff member I ever asked to help me on Minez 2 just told me to ask some one else.

    - Add more stuff you can do with your houses, think about new rooms or just different type of building styles in general.

    - Add more Giant spawning locations, maybe add some more special typed mobs that are more rare to find.

    Sorry for the rant but Minez 2 was once my favourite game, the game in its current state, feels like playing a game that is 30% done. It has a long way to go and definately needs a good dev working on it more often than it currently is being worked on.


    I do love that it is finally getting the attention it deserves and I would be happy to help find bugs or just do some suggestions. I might go around testing out a few things later this week.

    How about we get a simple impromptu arena even held outside Asindia like Goldblade used to host after the first update? Even a bring your own gear event or the likes to test out the balancing act that has been done would be fine I think if the Event server is still in the unknown future.

    If they would make a system that allows you to challenge some one and select and deselect allowed items and both set a stake and once accepted it would spawn an arena in the closest available location that would be fancy. When you die you would spawn outside of it and the arena would dissappear.

    Hey, I have a really good suggestion, can you remove the northern border on the pvp servers? there isn't one on pve and theres towns that are north of the border that are unaccessable on pvp servers

    what? last time I checked, which was like 2 weeks ago. there was a border on the northern part of the map. and there wasn't on pve.

    These towns you speak of don't contain any chests though, And the most cities are unfinished. There are however some cauldrons and a bit of wheat in some places.. but it's not worth it. Just oughta wait for the map expansion. which will most likely get there with the new Minez2 leads being active builders. then that border will be removed

    A few things I noticed about MZ2:

    1. The map is a lot smaller than MZ1
    2. There are no legendary items or even a chest identification system
    3. I like the idea of adding dungeons
    4. I feel like this game could really benefit from migrating to 1.9

    I honestly felt that the game was much slower-paced than MineZ. For example you cannot just go into a town, get the chests with the items you need, and get out of there. I also found having to constantly purify water to just lengthen the game longer than it actually needed to be. I also felt like there was never really anything that made locations and areas unique from the original MineZ. To me MineZ 2 feels like a small add-on.

    I agree with everything but number 4, if you want this game to come back switching to 1.9 will only drive many of the old players away. I do agree with the rest of the things however, although the MineZ 1 map is 1.4 times bigger then minez 2, this also doesnt account for the fact that in MineZ 2 the entire middle of the map is basically useless, and the only spawn town that is good is Asindia, honestly the only good major places on the map are Balsor, Thames, Isen, Kolheim, Asindia, Kuwana, and maybe Chasmal if you consider it to be major, They need to make some of these small towns that have bad loot have better loot so theres more diversity to where in the map you go to.

    Something I'd like to clear up- please don't post things like "1.9 will drive many people away". If you don't like 1.9, that's fine, but speak for yourself. It makes the process of us sorting through feedback a lot easier. I'd also like to hear why exactly you dislike 1.9, not just because "they changed pvp".

    I don't think I am the best at describing, so instead I'll quote the mighty Neathp since I feel he said it the best.
    I'm fine with change, but changing to 1.9 in my opinion would ruin the pvp aspect of MineZ 2. And btw I know you said "Speak for yourself" But I know I can speak for everyone I have talked to that hates 1.9, If you could fix a lot of the things above I may like 1.9 because it actually improves your fps(or at least for me) but I know a lot of people(basically all of corsair) would not play if it changes to 1.9 because of the reasons above.

    Honestly, most of the quote that you included from Neathp is just listing features from 1.9- it doesn't even explain why you think they're bad. For example:

    This is completely changeable, and if we were to update to 1.9, we'd be making balance changes to ensure MineZ combat is still adequate.
