It's 2060. Capitalism has collapsed along with most species and ecosystems on the planet. Ragged bunches of surviving humans subsist off mushrooms, soldier fly larvae, and a type of algae that grows well on the walls in the dark, humid tunnels where people now live. Deep underground, a server rack holds the last of all human knowledge and the last of the internet.
Early one morning the servers whir into activity - it's the "last post wins" on the shotbow forums. DigXBickX69 comments, "I win". They are, for now, the winner.
