    Although if it is suspicious, I recommend that you make a report and not make it public since that person could stop using X-Ray/TexturePack and it would be a little complicated to have more evidence.

    A 35sec video for me is not enough evidence. If you show the all video in your report, it’s likely they’ll keep an eye on that person.
