I have question about Media Partner/Creator.

First,
Can I get this on YouTube Shorts?
I think YouTube Shorts can spread Shotbow better than Normal Video.

Second,
It says 4 videos per month in the application conditions,
If I post a video for 4 days in a row and all of them exceed 500 views in one day,
Can I apply without waiting for a month?
