I was pretty intrigued by the different interior and exterior designs of houses in MTA. Here are some interior designs of the different hotels, houses and apartments that I burnt some money/xp to get into. I do hope these pictures will help you decide which hotels, houses or apartments you'd like to purchase in the near future. :)

As you are limited to only two houses (unless you unlock the ability to buy more with XP), so choose your houses wisely! For new players, my recommended pick would be the Heartrow Hotel.

Not all apartments are created equal, do bear in mind these questions:
    • Is it near a bus stop? Or is the bus stop just right in front of the building?
    • What facilities are around it, and are important to you? ATMs, shops, etc.
    • How many chests are there? Where's the nearest chest to the door?

This is your top-notch condo, rivaled only to Skyward Lofts. This condo apartment has two floors, accessible by an attached staircase. Facilities include a kitchen-cum-bar, a dining area, a library and a welcome area for guests. Three small chests on the first floor, all spreaded out. Four large chests on the second floor, surrounding the king-sized bed. Unfortunately, the nearest small chest is a pretty long walk away - a minus point on the convenience even when you're paying such a premium price. The nearest bus stop is just across the street, although Skyward Lofts have a bus stop just in front of it.

I had the chance to review the ganghouse of this loft. The loft shares many similarities to Vanetian Condos, except that the design is slightly different. It also has a mini movie theater instead of the TV area (in a typical Vanetian Condo apartment), larger kitchen-cum-bar and a private study area on the first floor. Two large chests and three small chests on the first floor, two large chests (hidden behind a cupboard) and one small chest (in the bathroom).

It's a beyond-average apartment that you can get. Its facilities include a kitchen, small dining area, TV area, glass-door showers and a mini library. Four small chests and two large chests. One large chest is just within reach of the door, very convenient. The nearest bus stop is just round the corner (the Fire Depot).

This is a very cozy apartment, good if you are starting out. It's also very near Menrical Lane's bus stop. This apartment resembles a real-life micro-apartment design (see Inside NYC’s impossibly small 100-square-foot apartment), with one small chest (and one hopper) on the lower floor and one small, one large chest on the upper floor.

A unique house design, situated just on the outskirts of the city, a perfect spot for chalets and weekend getaways. The semi-detached bungalow sits across the Heartrow FC main bus stop. It comes with a mini garden in the front entrance and a backdoor. One large chest on the first floor. One small and two large chests on the upper floor. One bad thing about this is that you could jump over to the other semi-ds though. Are there any laws for trespassing?!

An extremely good deal for the price, it's a steal actually! Compared to Menrical Delano, this hotel room is a lot bigger and has a proper glass-fitted shower room. It comes with two small and one large chest. There are also two balconies, one facing the Royal Bank (where you'll tend to hear gundshots on lower floors), and one facing the alleyside (would prefer the former though).

The very packed one-block-wide entrance seems to do unjust to the room itself. Although I dislike the three blocks height, the property is pretty okay for a prime location. It's just a stone throw away to the Mantrical Plaza South bus stop. Three small and two large chests are included.

The Melia Hotel (paid) is an absolute bargain if all you're looking for is storage space. At $60,000, you get 5 double chests to store all your stuff in! Meanwhile, the Vanetian Condo costs $160,000 + 30,000 XP, when it only has 3 single chests and 4 double chests (so 5.5 double chests), so you'd be better off just buying an apartment at the Melia Hotel! The rented apartment ($580 per week) only has 3 double chests and is smaller, so don't think that that's all you get with the paid version!

Other benefits of the Melia Hotel include a helicopter landing pad on the roof with 2 lootable chests up there, and an ATM and Vending Machine in the lobby at the bottom floor. Also, its nearest Bus Stop is the Mantical Plaza South; to get there, turn right from the Melia Hotel's entrance, then left, and you'll see the Bus Stops. Finally, the Binco Clothing store (purple walls) and an Ammunation is to the right from the entrance, where the Downtown South Bus Stop is located (so also very close to Heartrow Hotel)!

Maybe, include the count of chests, furnances and hoppers that there are in the building.
You can also add how much you paid for it and if it's rented or paid.
    That will help people.
    Hope I helped you!

Thanks! I've updated the original post with my reviews. For the prices, I'll be taking the average from within the building. Do note that apartments of the same type may have slightly different rent/buy prices.

I'm looking to blow off some of my amassed XP to unlock the ability to own more than two houses, still waiting for it to come out!

You didn't mentioned how much furnances and hoppers the building got.
It will be usefull aswell because you can store items in the funances and hoppers and not only in chests

Here are some things about the F2 hotel room of the Northern Eclipse Hotel.
It is a hotel room which you can rent for 580$ per week.
It includes 2 small chests, 3 big chests and 2 furnances.

You may want to include that the rent XP is paid once, not weekly (only the money is weekly)

Right! So sorry about that, already let go of some rooms. :(

I will do so in the future though, hopefully somebody can add it to the wiki or something where everyone can contribute.

    Thanks for the clarification! Edited.
