Welcome to Dentril's New Moon of May 2025! I'm BasicAly, and I'm here to take you through what's been going on here at Shotbow in the last month!

Team Applications
Ever wanted to join the Shotbow Staff Team? The following teams are accepting applications:

Network Updates
Toybox Update
One of the oldest cosmetics of Shotbow is our Toybox, found in the main lobby. This contains various fun toys such as colored armor, tools, a bow, parkour blocks, and snowballs (to throw at your foes!). However, as we made changes to our cosmetics framework with the introduction known as "Shotbow Swag", the Toybox was never updated to embrace this new cosmetics framework. That has changed last month, with the full adoption of the Toybox into the "Shotbow Swag" menu, and the introduction of the Toybox to the Annihilation and MineZ lobbies! You can access the Toybox via the Shotbow Swag menu (either by using the black shulker box in your hotbar, or by typing /swag).

There are also several minor changes to the items in the Toybox:
-Parkour blocks have been tweaked to feel more responsive.
-All other items in the Toybox are available with any premium rank (including Shotbow+).
-Snowballs have been reintroduced, these were inactive in the old Toybox.
-Gradient colored armor and the bow with infinite arrows are now fully available to all players that are subscribed to Shotbow+.
-Any equipped armor and tools, as well as the parkour blocks and snowballs, will be automatically granted to you when you (re)join any lobby server. You can disable them again via the Shotbow Swag menu.

Note: the parkour blocks are not available from the Toybox in the Annihilation lobby, as it has its own parkour blocks that are automatically added to your hotbar.

Gamemode Updates
MineZ Updates
The MineZ Team released their brand new update called "Rising Threat", which brought a new and improved Desert Canyon Sanctuary dungeon with many new challenges and rewards for the community. There was a contest held with three completion-based categories and we have our winners!

• 1st Solo: BenTMCB
• 1st Full Completion: Azkiria, Flameboss20, BenTMCB, peaches61, NateC203, and w95559w
• Fastest Completion: Plusouplus, up44, senoc44, and Flameboss20

This MineZ update also included other small changes that can be found on the changelog here.
The MineZ team is searching for new developers, you can find the link to apply for the Development Team in the "Team Applications" section above.

The current SMASH Leaders for Season 2 of 2025 are:

Network in General
Staff updates:

• MrJack and Roquel have been selected as the new MineZ Co-Leads
• 10chrisrulz was promoted to Minez Full-Specialist
• Shankse has returned to the MineZ Team as a Mini-Builder
• Axyy has returned to the SMASH Admin Team and the Marketing Team
• Daggez was promoted to SMASH Full-Admin
• Hilevi became the Anni Events Team Lead

Other statistics:

• There were 539 players banned in the last month
• There were 95 support tickets resolved in the last month
• This month we achieved a peak playercount of 203 on April 30th
• 39,596,465 XP was earned by players this month
