Just like last time, my name is MrJack, and I'm gonna walk us through some of the most recent changes across all of Shotbow in this month's edition of Dentril's New Moon! We saw a variety of changes this past month, with continued updates to some of our largest gamemodes and an update to 1.17 compatibility. Additionally, we've been working with the host on the ping spikes/timeouts as well as evaluating alternative solutions. Behind the scenes we've stabilized some lobby issues, have been testing a new mute system, and iterating on our anticheat solutions. We appreciate all of your patience as we work, and hope to continue to improve your experiences server-wide. Look out for more updates to our games across the network throughout the summer! Let's get into this month's happenings! Updates MineZ Updates One of the most anticipated updates to MineZ in a long time was finally released this month - the MineZ - Survivor's Relief update, which included the long awaited Bank! This update is sure to alter the typical way many players have enjoyed the game, with more plans to come. Within this update is a glimpse into the future of MineZ, with a fresh new look for our spawn hub to help refine the initial impression of the game, a new trading option, and more. You'll have to check out the update thread and the update video here and here to catch all the details. We followed it up with a patch directed towards loot balance (found here) to help keep the game fresh, with more planned on the horizon. We hope both of these updates help keep the game interesting as we continue to work on the future of MineZ. We appreciate your patience as we iron out some of the bugs after the launch to live, but hope our continued efforts to remedy the problems as soon as we could are signs of just how much this update means to us. Stay tuned for more! Annihilation Updates An exciting update largely based on community feedback has launched for Annihilation! As the server gets busy for the summer months (28 clan wars just this month!) we're happy to launch the newest update Gentle Iridium! The continued feedback and passion from the community helps us make sure each content update is impactful and full of changes that are heavily requested. Continued feedback is always appreciated, and your enthusiasm for the game does not go unnoticed! We hope some of the recent buffs and class changes, and new idle timer help improve your gameplay experience and make future games and clan wars that much more exciting. Alongside these updates was a long list of bug fixes thanks to the continued reports from our dedicated playerbase, and we hope you continue to support us as we continue to work on Annihilation! /fingergun (☞ﾟ⌣ﾟ)☞ SMASH Updates After the huge update to SMASH just last month (the Arena Update), we've followed up with a quick patch to fix some notable bugs, some new and some old! We hope you continue to enjoy the new content, maybe throw a few Regenerate Maps around so you can take a second look each match! GG Updates We even updated GG! Check out the changelog here for a few updates to the gamemode. In case you missed it, one of our Mini Admins, Smartzz, even hosted some fun events on GG to keep things busy! Keep an eye out for more events on both MineZ and GG throughout the summer! Statistics Network in General Other statistics: A total of 64,206,342 XP was earned by players this month There were 1006 players banned in the last month This month we achieved a peak playercount of 322 on June 19 1,981 in-game reports were handled in the last month 101 ban appeals were resolved in the last month Closing Words We hope this month of content has been reassuring to our playerbase that we're looking more to the future. We're excited at the prospect of continuing to improve each of our gamemodes as we keep up work on the backend, and hope our continued efforts with our host will result in better playing experiences for all of you.
