Annihilation Updates
The sign-ups for the upcoming Annihilation Tournament are now closed, and I'm happy to announce that we've successfully reached our goal of having a total of 16 clans! As a sneak peek, Friendly123 has been working on a system for a live draw of the tournament groups in the Annihilation lobby! All details about the upcoming draw and games can be found in the tournament Discord, which is accessible to all participants!

MineZ Updates
In January, MineZ treated players to two exciting patches, namely 5.4.6 and 5.4.7.

Patch 5.4.6 marked the final phase of Wonderland. As a new incentive, players reporting critical/game-breaking bugs now stand a chance to receive a small prize. Among the bug fixes, a 5k exploit with a specific item was addressed. The Candy Cane Headhunt concluded, making way for a new mob at Agni Ignis with a rare drop of a returning, seasonal legendary. The Snowman Santa Headhunt, covering the entire map, offers additional prizes for the first 5 players to complete it. Holiday spirits were boosted on the far east side of the map but waned in the mid regions.

Patch 5.4.7 brought the Wonderland III Headhunt Top 5, with AveryBat securing the 1st position. Content changes included McHarlington receiving Christmas Cheer. Balance changes at Agni Ignis involved +9 xmas_pots, -1 mil_mythic, and -4 pot_rares, while Floating Island saw +2 xmas_high.

Here are some special insights from the SMASH staff team! Last month, we had a team meeting to talk about the game's future. We're planning to create a roadmap, and we'll plan to eventually share it with our beloved community. Stay excited because the SMASH team is set to release new updates in 2024!
