Tech Support Can't buy kits, even though it says I own them.

Earlier, I was trying to buy kits for my account on Shotbow, but the website said "You own this package for life." when I clearly did not own the kits.

From what I've seen, this issue is pretty common among players, but I hope it gets fixed soon.
