No Prefix Build Submission: Humbug House ("Northern Ruined Fort")

Another build submission, this time where one "Northern Ruined Fort" used to stand. As requested, tried to fit in some astronomy/archaeology themes and ideas.

In short, it's the rundown abode of an old astronomer/researcher guy, either reclusive or of ties to the nearby Sundawn Observatory. The house comes with features such as a mini telescope, a personal archive and dry storage in the basement (for fossils and stuff I guess.) Due to the location being fairly lush, it seemed an unfeasible place for an archaeological dig site, thus the closer ties to astronomy.

As for the naming of this place, I'm undecided. Being just a bog standard house, I couldn't come up with anything lowkey enough, maybe some lodge or something. The placeholder is just a reference to a sign within the location.
