    Annihilation 1.9 Update Log #2

    Around 2 months ago the first update log for the Annihilation 1.9 Update has been posted. During the last 2 months we've of course continued work on the update. I forgot to keep up a log, but I've went through JIRA and all commits recently and made up a list of bugs fixed / stuff which changed during the last 2 months:

    - Modifications have been made to make food rate go down less fast.
    - Fixed issues with class selector
    - Added shields to spawn kits (will have really awesome additions soon :))
    - Fixed Succubus not working
    - Fixed issues with AntiCheat causing lagg.
    - Fixed acrobat double jump not working.
    - Fixed NCP conflicts
    - Fixed bug where players are teleported into the void while going to the wither.
    - Fixed bug where defenders couldn't use any type of regeneration outside the base (For example gapples)
    - Fixed issue with all chat not working. (This was a really rare occuring bug, but still really annoying.)
    - Removed the ender dragon. (Killing an ender dragon and the wither at the same time is a bit too hard :wink:)
    - Fixed issue with scorpiohooks being able to enter hoppers.
    - Fixed bug where you couldn't open the shops.
    - Fixed unlimited invisibility glitch with spy.
    - Removed debug message when selecting Mercenary.
    - Fixed issue with assasins losing their armour after leaping.
    - Added lapis to enchanting tables.
    - Added blaze powder to brewing stands.
    - Removed all collision with any type of entity.
    - Fixed issue where you could grapple NPC's in lobby.
    - Added the name of the person who breaks a nexus in the nexus break message.
    - Fixed looting not affecting witch loot.

    - Some very secret stuff I can't spoil yet! Will give more details soon :)

    As soon as 1.9 is completely released, our full focus will be on the classes update.

    Also, I'm still seeing tons of people complaining regarding the new maps not being added yet.
    This is currently not possible due to our infrastructure, as soon as 1.9 is out my first focus will be on getting those maps added. Thanks for your patience.

    Basically what we have gotten told in the last months
    I honestly don't expect this update until probably late August from next year. No offence against admins or trying to sound rude in such way but its just taking too long and honestly, i used to love Anni and now i just see it kinda boring. Same maps as always and nothing new being implemented. Im sure you guys are trying hard to bring that 1.9 up, but at least we should know how soon it will be fully developed and things bening fixed/added.
    An example of why I think Anni is gonna be late is the maps. Supposed to be added on June 1st, its November 1st. Thats 5 months late. Come on Shotbow, I know you can do this and make Anni great again (No Donald Trump Pun intended)

    All Shotbow developers are vollunteers. We do this besides school and/or full time jobs.
    A lot of work is happening, but most of the stuff is all done behind the screens.
    Recently there were some other important issues, for example the EULA Stuff etc, which really slowed down development.

    At this moment, the first updates are already out on 1.9 as you can see in the recent update threads. And work is being done on the next update. (The first new classes are already finished).

    As of the maps, several public statements have been made already. We are not able to roll any new maps due to the current infrastructure, as soon as 1.9 is out we will immediately be looking into getting the new maps out.
