Suggestion - After the Phase4 Team member limit lifted

    Unfortunately at this time: You are disconnected or Server Reboot
    You will not be able to return to the game unless someone annihilates the Nexus of that team.

    The issue with removing the queue limits later ingame can also affect balance. For example, let's say the scenario is below:

    Team Red has online 23 Players
    Team Blue has online 21 Players, and 9 queued players
    Team Yellow has online 18 Players
    Team Green has online 10 Players

    Releasing those 9 extra players to Blue would give them a significant advantage over Red, potentially enough to swing the battle. Whilst the system cannot stop team stacking there is currently no way to enable players to join above the limit without having further consequences.

    We're working on connection stability that will hopefully make this less of issue. However until anyone can suggest a viable alternative to later stages of Annihilation games that ensures a fair match balance (as far as possible, with consideration given for all variables) the current system will remain.

    I feel that another thing to take into consideration is skill stacking, where highly skilled players will flock to one team, which causes everyone to queue for that team. Which then throws the game heavily out of balance.

    With our current playercount it would be near impossible to do any sort of skill sorting for matches.

    Perhaps add an invisible Elo limit? and introduce a casual elo ranking?

    - Reward players who join low-value teams when there are queues present with a small xp-package as a basic factor that motivates joining those teams.

    - XP multiplier from the basic 3.0 (which is basically every game) to 3.5 (rounding up) for low player teams.

    - rank points multiplier boosted for the team suffering from that disadvantage

    - lower the gap from 4 player difference to 3 player difference.

    - the list goes on.

    I would like to see everyone that has not yet joined a team be purged from the Q at a certain point in he game, and the Q then being lifted, thus allowing everyone else to re-join their team from that point onward.
