Lazertester pulled two all-nighters to put together our first mini-game mode. Gun game is a team based, fast action mode where players compete against each other to be the first player to get a kill with every weapon. When you kill an enemy player, you are immediately given the next weapon. When you kill a friendly player, you drop two weapons, so watch your shots.
Be warned, you will get team killed and team kill a lot when you first play. However, you will notice that everyone quickly learns how to identify teammates inside of the game. This should help players learn how to use the various weapons, and also learn how to identify teammates inside of regular Wasted. This will be an excellent training mode for new players.
Other features include a new spectating mode, where you spectate the player that killed you on death for the five seconds before you re-spawn back into the map.
Right now it is in Alpha and is only open to our platinum members, however we will be opening up a lot more servers and rolling in more than one map after we get all the bugs ironed out and push it to beta (all users).
This mode is a lot of fun, and is great when you want some frantic, fast paced action and are not in the mood for the slightly slower sandbox play of Wasted.

I've rolled out level III body armor (Iron Armor reskinned). Thanks to GiantWaffle for the texture on this one. The following body armor is now purchasable at the weapons shop:
- Kevlar Vest: $750
- Kevlar Leggings: $250
- Kevlar Boots: $250
In the future I will be adding Kevlar Level IV (diamond armor) as an objective drop. Expect this in the next few days.
This update will roll out after the Wasted servers update.

- Players who shoot, run over, explode, or otherwise damage teammates will be notified that they are hurting teammates. Unprovoked damage to teammates is cut in half so you still have to be careful where you are aiming, but you most likely won't accidentally one shot a teammate. Provoked damage is unaltered (see below), so this means if you are attacking a teammate to troll you will probably die first. I REALLY want friendly fire to be a thing because otherwise you can just shoot at anything that moves instead of having to identify targets.
- Upon their damaging of a teammate, that teammate or any others around are free to condemn the friendly fire by putting that team member to death without consequence and without the halved damage (within 30 seconds of the offense). The server will be notified that the player in question was trying to shoot teammates and was stopped.
- Explosions now correctly count for kills and friendly fire.
- Hitting teammates will now warn you that they are friendly and tag you as killable for your team.
