Tonight we are official rolling out our 1.7.4 update which also includes a rewrite of Wasted's vehicle system, some bugfixes for SMASH, and some sweet surprises Please be patient with us as we work through any issues that may arise while we deploy this update.
The core US and EU servers are all updated, some modes will be coming later this week!
We should be playable within an hour, but expect there to be some growing pains with the new systems. Thanks for flying Shotbow!

Join test.shotbow.net to try any modes that have been updated to 1.7.
This update is HUGE. I have spent three weeks getting our codebase updated to work with a lot of the new code that Mojang has introduced, also taking this as an opportunity to refactor much of my own logic as well. For comparison, I can usually update to a new version within 24 hours. Due to the size of this change, I plan on hosting test sessions for specific gamemodes starting Thursday. I will announce the test session in this thread (both as a post and an edit here) as well as the Shotbow subreddit (http://reddit.com/r/shotbow). So keep an eye peeled if you want to join for the testing party or if you want to join for a specific game.
The testing will take place on private servers for each mode, so it will be premium only. I will be personally playing all day on the various gamemodes along with members of the staff, so you will be able to murder us viciously if that is what you desire. Keep an eye out for the test sessions starting Thursday the 9th around 11am CST (time subject to change, but I am pretty sure this is when we'll start.) I do not have specific slots for time because we might hit issues or sail through each mode depending on our luck
Wasted will also be getting some much needed updates thanks to 1.7, including implementing the winning resource pack from HighlifeTTU's competition here (still open until Thursday).
The basic order is planned to go:
SMASH
Ghostcraft
Craftybomber
MineZ (incl. MineZ w/ guns)
Annihilation
Wasted (GunGame, Control, then Sandbox)
Shotbow Games
HCF and CivCraft have their own dev teams who will manage the 1.7 update their own way.
Because we are testing, we will be subject to reboots, crashes, bugs, and more bugs. MineZ testing will take place on a separate database, but will be copied over from the main database so you will have your items at the start, but will not lose them if you die during the test.

New Stuff:
Added instant health III potions, drinkable and splash
Added baby pigzombies
Added an undisclosed number of legendary items
Added the Eillom Brewery and Eillom Ale which can be found there. (Lazer built the brewery. Thanks goes to TheOskarshow for his post here that inspired the addition)
Changes:
Adjusted Simoon's Song
Changed Simoon's Deal effects
Sacrificial sword now gives regeneration in stead of strength
Modified pig zombie spawn rate and added baby pig zombies to the mix.
Converted loot system to be 1.7+ compatible.
Modified Antilogger to be easier to update
Lots of other update related stuff for the upcoming switch to 1.7.4.
BugFixes:
Players will no longer occasionally turn into pig zombies when they die up north.
Logging out on ledges will no longer kill you, only logging out while in the air.
Logging out just before you hit the ground won't save you, take your fall death like a man.
Fixed a duplication exploit.
