    It's been a long time coming but I'm officially stepping down from co-lead to Councilor.
    
    With two kids, one under five, and various personal projects I want to work on, I unfortunately just don't see myself continuing to contribute to the network meaningfully in the near future.
    
    That said, I refuse to actually leave. Shotbow has been a part of my identity since 2012 and I still wear my Shotbow T-Shirt weekly.

    I'll be in Discord, I'll be staying in staff chat channels, and I'll continue to randomly pop-in and voice my unwanted opinion whenever I feel like it - just like now. My availability will not change from what it is now. It's really just an official title changing.

    Mistri will be replacing me as PR Lead and perhaps CoMa. He's doing at least as good a job as I was.
    
    As for technical issues, my priority will not be resolving them but creating the tools for others to do so.
    
    In the end I hope to move my position to two things: development work when/where desired and helping lead this company to where I want it to go along with Highlife, Murg, and Doc.

    I've never liked the phrase "deserved" for administration. I don't have the title because I've earned it so much as accepted the responsibility it entails.
    
    That goes for any staff position. Titles are not indicative of status but of current responsibility. It's not an honor but a description of work.
    
    After all, I'm no more important than a mini admin. I just have my role that I'm suited to.
