Hey Andrew, noticed on the wiki for the map Kingdoms the builders have "???". I am actually the person that created that map with the help of:

So far, with MTA, I have figured out the xp amounts (none of it appears to be multiplied)
MTA level up: 50xp
Successful Killing Spree mission: 37xp
Successful Heist: 25xp

The ones that vary:
Achievements: 30-100xp
Player Kills: 1-4xp

The ones you lose xp on:
Buying in-game currency: Depends on amount spent
In-game purchases: Depends on items
Private server purchase: 25,000xp/hour

I believe you forgot to add GG and Assault xp...

GG was, I believe, only player kills (3xp)
Assault... I'll just copy from before
Kill 2xp
Defeat 20xp
Win 80xp
MVP 100xp (although it may have been removed, since the last time I played the guy never got the MVP xp)
